How can I book a session?
To book a session, you can reach out to us here, or find an instant-book session on Wyzant.
How do payments work?
We’ll invoice you, and you can pay directly with card or PayPal. Drafting services can be paid via Zelle.
Can we work on live projects or do you use sandbox files?
Both! Most prefer working on live files, but we have sandbox projects we can train on as well.
How does group pricing work?
Group pricing starts at $92/hr, and that rate will cover up to 4 participants. For anything above 4 participants, add $5/hr per each participant. E.g. If we have 10 participants total, that will be $92/hr + 6 * $5/hr = $122/hr.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours notice is required for individual sessions, and 7 days notice is required for group sessions.
What platform are lessons held on?
We default to Wyzant, but we can also work with Zoom or Google Meet.
Can sessions be recorded?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Lessons on Wyzant are recorded by default, but if held on Zoom, Google meet, or Teams, we encourage you to record. Recordings may not be distributed.
Is there a minimum lesson length?
Yes. Our minimum lesson length is 1 hour.
Drafting Services
What is a typical turnaround time?
For most smaller tasks, our typical turnaround is 2-5 Days, though we offer a rush service at an additional $25/hr. Larger projects may have longer turnaround speeds, we’ll let you know in our quote or SOW.
Do you offer an NTE or SOW?
Yes, we’ll bake in a cost Not To Exceed with most of our projects. For larger projects, we’ll put together a Statement of Work to ensure we’re aligned on requirements and deliverables.
Do you use your own templates or ours?
We adapt to your templates! We also have our own templates to use if none are provided.
Do you provide an estimate?
Yes! We’ll call to identify project requirements, deliverables, and deadlines. Depending on scope, we may require an additional project definition meeting to produce an accurate estimate.
What is your drafting retainer service?
Our drafting retainer service ensures you get top priority in rush services. Small drafting requests of up to 3 hours will be turned around within 24 hours. Includes up to 12 pooled hours/month.
$1200/mo flat fee, Up to 5 hours from previous month can be rolled over
